This was the first house in this area. It has fantastic views of the ocean, Cabo Blanco national park and the island. From the front door you can see across the peninsula to the mainland. It feels like you are in the park, great wildlife. It is half ways between Montezuma and Santa Teresa. The house and furniture were built using local wood. You can only see nature (no other house in view). The house is open and airy with a cooling ocean breeze. You can be in Santa Teresa or montezuma in 20 minutes to enjoy restaurants etc..
Lives close to the property and is at your service. You might need a few tips about living in the jungle.
Privacy is the main advantage but you are only 1.5km from supermarket and the village of cabuya
