The property is large for being “urban”, private & really special next door to a small wetlands preserve with ancient trees & all the animals. Birds , sloths, howlers , iguanas… It’s in a quiet diverse gentrifying barrio next to a Boutique Hotel. 3 blocks to the Caribe Sur & downtown.
Love travel, yoga, dancing, the beach, music & fine dining. Ex mountain & city girl. Happy to help with tours , dinners etc .
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION quiet safe scenic 3 blocks from the sea & downtown . Puerto Viejo Centro. Local barrio that’s diverse on a paved road with parking .
