This bungalow is one of the largest in the community with a massive back yard for your kids & pets to safely play in. We love that this house is so close to the beach that you can see it when standing in our laneway. This villa is entirely yours, no sharing with anyone else including our 1/4 acre massive yard and 25' custom pool with a waterfall for you to enjoy. In this wonderful community you'll see an abundance of nature from howler monkey's and their babies jumping from tree to tree, to rescuing/releasing baby sea turtles with our local rescue group TAMBOR BAY TURTLE rescue. If you're up early enough you may even see a whale breach in our bay where they often come to have their calfs in privacy. Not to mention the vibrantly colourful Scarlet McCaws flying above due to our local Scarlet McCaw breeding program to increase numbers in the wild. Our beach is 8km of sandy calm waves is much safe than any other beach on this side of Costa Rica due to being in a cove you'll see our beach is best suited for relaxing and a quick dip over surfing.

My husband and I fell in love with Costa Rica 5 years ago and we knew we had to be apart of the friendly community. As Canadians we were looking to embrace the Pura Vida lifestyle that Costa Rica offers (and get warm). We love with this country for the culture, biodiversity, and laid-back lifestyle.
