On top of the cliffs of the exclusive gated community Cas Abou , within walking distance of the resort's 2 private beaches, lies this villa with a spacious outdoor area and breathtaking 180-degree sea views. The villa consists of two independent living floors, each with its own swimming pool. Villa Lahara Suites is on the first floor and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an outdoor area of 82 m² in total with a private swimming pool of over six meters long. Both floors can be rented separately, but the villa can also be rented as a whole. For this, please see the Lahara Villa page . A sliding gate surrounds the villa and offers privacy and security. After passing the gate you reach the garage, after which a staircase leads you to the communal entrance. Through the entrance you enter a long hallway. Directly on the right is the laundry room with a storage corner and dishwasher, followed by the stairs to the second floor, Lahara Penthouse Interior space The entrance opens into a long hall that provides access to various rooms. On both sides are utility rooms, equipped with shelves and cupboards for storing things. There is also a coffee maker and a microwave. Upon entering, at the beginning of the hall, you will find the first of the three bedrooms on this living floor. This room features a private kitchenette with an electric hob and fridge, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, toilet and shower cabin with rain shower. At the end of the hall is a second, similar bedroom, also with a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with double sink, toilet and rain shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the spacious outdoor area, where the private pool and various seating areas can be found. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Halfway down the hall, on the right, is the third bedroom. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with double sink, toilet and rain shower.
