Because of our central location, some road noise will be noticeable. Our accommodation is best suited for guests who appreciate a peaceful environment within a convenient, urban setting. Our guest rooms are located close to one another, creating a shared and intimate retreat environment. To ensure everyone can rest deeply, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the corridors where the rooms are located. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. During this time, we ask guests to keep voices low, avoid loud conversations, and move gently through the space. When renting the entire building for a group stay, a fixed amount of electricity (kWh) is included in your stay. When you check in, we will read the electricity meter together, and again at check-out. Any usage beyond the included amount will be charged based on the meter reading at fifty dollar cents per extra kW.
