The property is always maintained and decorated every other year. We can honestly say that what you see in the photographs is just how it is when you get there. We like to keep things fresh and updated all the time. There is a water cooler in the apartment and everyone says how wonderful it is to have it there - especially in the summer months. We are always adding new items to the kitchen and it certainly does have a home from home feel. We have a unit in the kitchen just full of exciting things for our younger guests, from colouring books and pencils, games, buckets & spades, books, we have board games for the grown ups and books for all ages. We even have a first aid kit and a sewing kit - you just never know when that button may pop! We also have leaflets and maps in the apartment and we will also give our recommendations of where to go - it's just like having your own personal guide. There's a small welcome pack of food and drink upon arrival to get you started and our Housekeeper will meet you at the apartment to welcome you and hand over the keys. Perfect!
Hi, we are Helen & Paul. Helen is Greek Cypriot from the UK and speaks Greek fluently. We have 3 children in their late 20’s. We based our apartments around our children as they were growing up and made sure we had everything we could possibly think of to make parents life easy when on holiday. I think we can say that we achieved that from the reviews we have on our website. We have something for everyone of all ages in our apartment so all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy – we’ve taken care of everything. Our background is property rentals and we love what we do. We put a lot of research into all our properties so our guests enjoy their holiday. At least 60% of our guests return either the following year or the year after. We try to keep our prices competitive and include rather a lot because we like to make every guest feel at home and we always listen to feedback as that adds to making guests holiday perfect. Our communication is very good and we like to make sure our guests have all the details they need before their holiday and we are always contactable should you need us before or during your holiday. We visit our apartments 5/6 times a year and spend about 5 months of the year in Cyprus, so we may greet you on arrival.
You will need to hire a car if staying here or taxis are readily available. We can arrange for a taxi if needed. There is also a bus service although on an hourly basis. We can also advise on car hire. The main tourist area is less than 5 minutes by car. Along the Dhekelia road is full of restaurants, bars and shops. Opposite the complex there is a convenience store and snack bar which is really nice and friendly. The local beach is along the Dhekelia road and Larnaca beach is just 15 minutes drive away. There are good connections to the motorway (highway) to Ayia Napa, Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca town. The property is not in the heart of Pyla village but only a few minutes drive in, where there are many places to eat, drink, pharmacies, bakeries, supermarkets etc... In the opposite direction is the main tourist area of Dhekelia road, where you will find some amazing coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bowling alley, Lidls, The amazing Jumbo superstore, McDonalds, Beach, beach bars and restaurants and the list goes on.
