For beach lovers, the nearby resort of Coral Bay (7minutes driving) has a superb beach with all the facilities you would expect including watersports and a very good PADI Dive Centre. Although the village of Peyia has more than enough great bars and restaurants, for those who want a bit more, Coral Bay offers everything you could possibly look for - from typical Cypriot tavernas to fine Italian food, whilst not forgetting those British staples of Indian and Chinese restaurants For those who enjoy driving - Peyia with the central position in the Paphos district is an ideal location to make a different trips - about 25 minutes to the north for a visit to Latsi and Bath of Aphrodite - about 20 minutes to Paphos and its tourist district Kato Paphos and harbour. As well as a short distance around 10-15 minutes in close neighbourhood - the Sea Caves area has a number of tavernas. Lara Beach for the large size sandy beach and the waterfall in the Adonis Baths. Agios Georgios fish taverna is about 10minutes drive from the apartment. A basic taverna with beautiful panoramic views over the fishing harbour. A great location to have a meal while taking in the romantic sunset.
