Smaller room has a comfortable queen-sized bed, memory foam matress, bigger room has a sofa bed for sleeping, bigger working space and entrance to the terasse and swimming pool. The apartment has sharing dining area, kitchen with all amenities, bathroom with a bathtub, terrace with another table set outside with the swimming pool and garden view. Free parking. There is plenty of storage in the rooms which makes it ideal for both weekend runaway or long holiday rental. The apartment is shared with the other 1 guest only (1 bedroom for each guest). The complex is located in picturesque village of Oroklini, 5 min driving to the beach, 35 min walking. Walking distance to the center of the village, shops, tavernas, cafes, bakeries, public transport, nightlife 10 min. In very quiet location with a park next to the complex. Perfect for solo or business travellers. You will always find all essntials for cooking in the kitchen - teas, coffees, oils, spicies, etc... The flat is also stocked with all kind of toiletries that you might need during your stay ( clean bed sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cotton patches, etc.) AC is charged by meter, 35 cents per KW. There is also an additional charge for cleaning as 20 euro per stay.

Larnaca International Airport it's located within 15-20 minutes car drive and Larnaca City Center within 10 min. The closest beach is 5 min drive or 35 min on foot ( 3 km). There is a big variety of traditional tavernas, small local pubs and coffee shops just 10 min on foot. Grocery store that opens even on Sundays and a 24 hours kiosk are also within close proximity to the apartment as well. The apartment is ideal for all of you jogging and cycling lovers since there is a hill attached to it, with a pedestrian trail leading to a small observatory point which has a magnificent view over the Larnaca bay. I also have a bicycle for rent if you need one! Oroklini is ideal for your exploration round the island, since it's 15 min driving time from the airport. Its a village/suburb of Larnaca city. Apart from that, all you need to see in Cyprus during your stay is in max 1 hour driving distance. It can be your perfect located base for your holidays.
