I am the owner the small family run Company that is engaged in welcomes and accomodates guests in Ayia Napa,the best tourist area in Cyprus with wonderful clean beaches Nissi Beach,Landa Beach, Makronissos Beach and a number of others.Our properties (4 apartments) are located in the Complex Nissi 3 and Nissi Golden Sands , which are positioned as quiet and quiet family friendly.Our priority is,first of all,personal attention to each guest ,ensuring proper cleanliness in our facilities,as well as creating a relaxing atmosphere during the entire stay on our beautiful island of Cyprus.

Large ,lovely 2 bedrooms apartment with larg balcony on second floor in the Complex Nissi 3 with wonderful view to swimming pool and green area . It is ideally located opposite famous NISSI BEACH just 300 meters away, but in the middle of a quiet and well-kept Complex.If you like a quiet stay ,it is place for you and your family. Our apartment with 2 bedrooms,living room,large bathroom,fully equipped kitchen,well-speed internet and internet TV.The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay:air-conditioning unitsin every room,refrigerator,stove,microwave oven,grill,coffee machine,toaster,kettle,kitchen utensils,washing machine,iron,hair-dryer,Smart TV with internet ,well-speed WiFi.We provide sets of bed sheets and bath towels ,beach towels, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning supplies.Complementary water and beer upon your arrival!!Our private parking is available .For our guests under 30 years of age, a damage ,security , deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card .The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the apartment. The normal living capacity is 6 guests ,but could ,on request up to 7 (child). All the utilities included in price.For winter long stay booking (up to 28 days) during period 01/11-31\03 electricity and water not included in price and must be paid on spot.
