It’s located within 5-10 minutes by car to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is an ideal option for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in our luxurious home. The villa features an open-plan living and kitchen area. There is a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV, a dining table seating 6 and a fully equipped modern contemporary kitchen. Lounge doors leads out to the pool and patio doors lead to the garden area. There is also a W/C and a shower. The villa is all on one floor, towards the right of lounge a separate door leads to the three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Main cosy bedroom Is with a queen size bed and en-suite with his and hers wash basin. Bedroom 2 has 2 double bed and the third room a double bed. The main bathroom has a luxury shower, wash basin and w/c. Outside, the villa has a large private pool and a garden area with sun loungers and patio furniture. The villa has a private outdoor kitchen area ideal for entertaining guests. Overall our home is a lovely villa in a great location, close to airport in quiet area of Pervolia.
