The Summer Haven, a two-story, fully equipped townhouse, is a gem in a quiet residential area just 700 metres from the sea. With a private garden leading to the front entrance, a rear ground-floor patio leading to the gardens, a first-floor covered patio, and a private roof terrace with breathtaking sea and mountain views of the coast, Latchi Marina, and Trudos mountains, it's a place that will pique your curiosity and leave you wanting more. Stratis Village in Prodromi, the charming home of The Summer Haven, is not just a place; it's a vibrant community with a mix of various nationalities. A stroll through the gardens and lawn leads to a communal area where you can relax under the shade of orange trees. A 12-minute walk away, you'll find the beach, the gateway to a string of beachside restaurants along the scenic coastal path to Latchi Marina. While eating out is often on the agenda during holidays, we understand the appeal of a romantic night in. That's why our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, blender, and a selection of spices. The living/dining area includes a large Smart TV and Google Home with a TV box for many films, international channels, and Netflix. Fast broadband is also available free of charge. All rooms have been fitted with new air conditioning and fly screens, keeping the property cool in the summer and warm in the winter, perfect for holidays at any time of year. Cyprus enjoys over 300 days of sunshine annually—sometimes even more—thanks to its Mediterranean climate. Summers are hot and dry, perfect for beach days, while winters are mild and pleasant, ideal for exploring the stunning nature trails of the Akamas Peninsula and Paphos Forest. Spring and autumn bring warm days and cooler evenings, offering a balance of outdoor adventure and relaxation. Unlike many resorts, Polis remains vibrant year-round, with locals continuing to live, shop, and dine in nearby bars, tavernas, and restaurants, ensuring an authentic, lively atmosphere every season. With its beautiful, paved streets and unspoilt character, quaint sandstone buildings around a pedestrianised town centre with its restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops, it is a delightful place to hang out on a summer evening. Latchi The small harbour of Latchi is located about three kilometres west of the town of Polis. From Summer Haven, a short 11-minute walk along the main coastal road or via the coastal path on the beach takes you to the first of many restaurants on the beachfront.
