Villa Overview: Stunning, spacious four-bedroom (all en-suite) villa with private pool, beautifully landscaped gardens and lovely golf course views. Walking distance to Resort centre and facilities. Bedrooms: Master double and twin room located on the first floor; both are en suite with walk in showers. The second double and twin rooms are located on the ground floor and are also en suite with walk in showers. Full Villa Description: Villa Kellia is a stunning four-bedroom villa with a 10x5m private pool and gorgeous golf course views. On the ground floor the open plan living and dining area are comfortably furnished, featuring a fireplace and high, vaulted ceiling. There is free, reliable internet included and a large screen TV with comprehensive TV system which includes International sports and movie channels with playback option. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Both the living area and kitchen have large patio doors that lead directly on to the lovely poolside terrace and outside dining space. The ground floor features the first of the double and twin bedrooms which are both en suite with modern walk-in showers. On the first floor the master double and second twin room also both enjoy en suite bathrooms with modern walk in showers, and both rooms also have private balconies where you can enjoy glorious views of the golf course and sea beyond. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and dining, furnished with dining table and chairs, comfortable seating, plenty of sunbeds and a Gas BBQ. The 10x5m private pool is set within the terrace which is enclaved by the beautifully landscaped gardens, providing a great sense of privacy and lovely peaceful surroundings. Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more.
