Villa Overview: Charming villa with 10x5m private pool, spacious gardens and lovely golf course views Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms (MASTER; en-suite bath & overhead shower and walk-in shower, second double can be made into a twin; en-suite bath & overhead shower). Full Villa Description: Villa Oleander is an inviting property comfortably furnished and bright and airy. The living area has comfortable sofa and a Smart TV that also has a has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The separate open plan kitchen and dining area leads off the living area - both rooms have large patio doors opening out to the garden and pool terrace. Both bedrooms are located upstairs – the master double bedroom and second double bedroom both of which are en-suite; the master bedroom's ensuite has a bath with overhead shower and a walk-in shower, and the second double has a bath with overhead shower. The second double can be configured as a twin bedroom if required. The garden is spacious and private; shady terraces with seating, gas BBQ, dining furniture, as well as sun beds that line the 10x5m private pool. The garden is well manicured and has lovely fruit trees and grape vines, giving a real feel of Cypriot life. Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more.
