Description Villa Coralia Gardens is an attractive 5 bedroom villa with a superb position on the outskirts of Coral Bay . Ideally located just a short stroll from a choice of 2 beautiful sandy beaches , as well as several restaurants and bars , you will have everything you need nearby . Back at the villa you will have your own private pool and plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy . Wifi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included . Hot Tub ( Heated Pool ) is available at extra Cost The Space The Villa is accessed via a pedestrian gate from the street , with 4 steps leading up to the front door . There is also a gated off-road parking area for your hire car . Guest Access The spacious kitchen , dining and living area is open plan in style and comfortably furnished with 2 sofas , a flat screen TV and dining table with chairs . 2 sets of sliding doors open out the rear terrace , ideal for easy access to the BBQ area as well as allowing plenty of natural light to fill the room . There is also a door opening from the living area to a small covered terrace at the front of the villa . The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped for preparing those tasty holiday meals. Guest Interaction Villa has 5 bedrooms in total suitable for 10 guests or 11 ! If you book 6 guests or fewer charges might apply if you require more bedrooms than per 2 guests/1 room avairage, all located on the first floor but two on ground floor . There is bright and airy double bedroom with its own private balcony . The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee . The second double bedroom has an en suite shower room and shares a large balcony with the twin bedroom , with wonderful views over the distant countryside . There is also a separate bathroom , as well as a WC on the ground floor. Winter or monthly deals come at 30% cheaper for 28 days or longer but electricity charge might go to guests !
