Charming 2 bedroom holiday villa with private pool, located in the heart of the Resort with great golf course views. Located within a 5 minute walk of the Resort village centre. Bedrooms: one double bedroom (en-suite bath with overhead shower) one twin bedroom (en-suite with shower unit). Full Villa Description: Villa Destu is a charming two bedroom villa which is well-furnished, well-equipped with a welcoming, homely feel. The open plan living and dining area is overlooked by the fully fitted kitchen which has a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living and dining area look out over the terrace and pool with large patio doors that open out to the terrace – providing the room with wonderful natural light, and beautiful golf course views. The living area has a large Smart TV with streaming services and a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The villa has free, reliable wifi and is fully air conditioned throughout (also providing heat in winter months). A free travel cot and high chair are provided upon request. Upstairs you find the lovely master double bedroom, tastefully decorated, with access to the upper private balcony that has great golf and sunset views. This room is en-suite with a bath & overhead shower. The twin room is located on the mezzanine level, a few steps up from the ground floor and has an en-suite with a shower unit. This room has patio doors that open out on to the garden and pool terrace. The outside area is fantastic, with a private 8x4m pool (which can be heated in winter months), dining table, gas BBQ and sun beds for all. This space is really pretty, with golf course views and a lovely holiday feel. Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more.
