Zima Edge is built at the very top of Paraklesia village in Limassol with sweeping view of the sea. Amazing sunrises and sunsets and nights filled with stars. This 50 sqm two bedroom tiny house has an industrial vibe but is not lacking in amenities. From the moment you enter you will know no expense has been spared. From the motorised blinds in all rooms to the SMEG refrigerator and appliances. From the flat screen TV to the rain shower. High quality linens and mattresses assure you get a great night sleep – and the entire property is OFF GRID with its own electric supply. In the morning enjoy your coffee on your private 40m deck complete with an outdoor rain shower inlaid with south American antique tiles and custom copper ‘rain’ shower fixture. Conveniently located 10 minute drive from beach road in Limassol and within a few minutes of some amazing restaurants

Paraklesia is a small village located minutes away from Limassol and conveniently 5 minutes from highways if you wish to venture out and explore the island. We live in Pyrgos a neighboring village and love the area - its very quest at the property and all you will see are horses meandering by in the morning and possibly some goats. Maybe a car or two also. Oh and a couple of cats from across the road.
