Centrally located in Prague, 4 Arts Apartments by Adrez offers apartments inspired by famous Czech musicians, artists and writers, with free WiFi access. The residence is located a few steps away from Old Town Square and the Municipal House is directly round the corner. The apartments at 4 Arts Apartments by Adrez feature beautiful artwork by Josef Capek, a library full of Kafka's books, records of Dvorak and Smetana available for listening directly on a record player, or an astronomical telescope to observe Prague´s sky, thus each unit being unique. The apartments and studios come with a satellite TV, a safety deposit box, a seating area and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Complete with a dishwasher, each fully-equipped kitchen also has a microwave and a refrigerator. There are many high quality restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, and the Palladium Shopping Center is just 200 meters away. Parizska street, offering luxurious shopping, is a 5-minute walk away. Other facilities like dry cleaning, laundry services. The property is 400 metres from Old Town Hall with Orloj Astronomical Clock and 1 km from Charles Bridge. The Václav Havel Airport is 14 km away. There is no reception and the check in is online only.

We strive to ensure an indelible encounter, catering to all requirements that may surface during your business or leisure trips within Prague's bounds.

Indulge in your stay at 4 Arts Apartments by Adrez. Nestled in the heart of Prague, mere steps away from the Old Town Square, you'll find the illustrious Municipal House just around the corner. Apartments are completely online with fully-equipped kitchens. Independent parking is close by. These apartments operate entirely online, eliminating the need for a physical reception area. Once all the necessary guest information is provided in compliance with Czech law, along with the completion of the payment process, access codes to the apartments will be send via email shortly before the scheduled arrival. There is no reception and the check in is online only.

These apartments are fully online with no Reception. You will receive a link to fill in personal details for all in your reservation then receive a code for the apartment after payment. The alternative is to visit our central Reception at the Hotel "Palác U Kočků" (Palace At the Cats) which is 10 minutes away on foot. For transport needs or parking please contact us on [email protected]. Telephone contact to our Reservations team using the contact details in your confirmation.

Please note pre-authorization of your credit card is required to validate your reservation.

Please note that guests will pay the property in the property's local currency (CZK). The displayed amount (in EUR) is indicative and based on the exchange rate at the time of booking.

Daily cleaning is not provided. We offer additional cleaning only for stays 4 nights or longer.

The house has no parking spaces. We recommend using public parking and booking a space at mrparkit.com (the nearest garage is "Panská 2".
