Retreat House Ústup is a renovated countryside farmhouse located in one of the smallest villages in the Czech Republic, surrounded by nature on the border of the Vysočina region, the Moravian Karst and the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. The place offers peace, space and the authentic atmosphere of a traditional farmhouse thoughtfully combined with modern comfort. The accommodation consists of three separate apartments – Deer Hideout, Owl Nest and Rabbit Hole. Each has its own private entrance from the shared courtyard, a cozy interior, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. Guests can also enjoy the garden, outdoor seating and a barbecue area. It is an ideal place for anyone who wants to relax away from everyday hustle, spend time in nature or explore the local surroundings. In summer, the nearby Křetínská Reservoir offers swimming and boat rentals, while in winter you can visit the Ski Olešnice and Ski Hodonín resorts. The area also features the caves of the Moravian Karst, the Macocha Abyss, cross-country skiing trails, castles and scenic viewpoints. Retreat House is dog-friendly and bikers welcome. We are happy to arrange a barbecue or even a quad-bike ride upon request. A llama farm is located just a short walk away, where guests can book llama feeding or guided walks. Free private parking is available directly at the property. For families with children, various board games are available, as well as the option to borrow a high chair and a baby crib.
