Private apartment in an apartment building. Spacious and bright apartments are located in the new prestigious Garden Towers residential complex and are located near the city center. The studio category apartment has one spacious room with a kitchenette, an entrance hall with a large wardrobe and a bathroom. In the room there is a bed, a folding sofa, an iron and an ironing board, a kitchen set and accessories, a table, chairs, a microwave, a stove, a fridge, a kettle, dishes. In the bathroom - shower, towels, hygiene products, washing machine. The deluxe apartment has two rooms - a separate bedroom and a spacious room. Wi-Fi is free for guests. Pets - Pets are allowed upon prior request. This service may be paid. Nighttime from 22:00 to 07:00. Smoking is strictly forbidden both in the apartment and in the whole house. Check out before 11:00. Arrival from 15:00. The staff speaks Russian, Czech, English. Allowed children of any age. Children under 3 years old are free. Free private parking in the underground garage.
