Not only we, but our guests also believe that the apartment has got her spirit, wit, energy and vibes. Therefore it is indeed apartment full of passion, sexuality, vibrant, warmth and yes, it has got a great location too :-) Please note that the futon bed mentioned in the description refers to a mattress on the floor. By booking this accommodation, you agree to the following rules: Respect quiet hours (9 PM-6 AM). . Remove shoes inside. . Lock the entrance door. . No smoking EVEN ON THE BALCONY! (fine: 200 EUR). . No parties (fine: 500 EUR). . No pets allowed (except Cozy House Jesenice) (penalty: 200 EUR). . Only registered guests allowed (fine: 100 EUR/day per unregistered guest visitors included). . Turn off lights when not needed. . Set AC temperature above 18°C and close doors/windows. (If A/C is provided) . No unauthorized recordings or photos (fine: 10,000 EUR). . Return keys to the keybox. Lost of key fine 100 EUR/key. . Late check-out until 1 PM/early check-in from 1 PM possible (fees apply). . Check-in: after 3 PM (4 PM in Serenity Villa + Cozy House). Check-out: before 11 AM. In the case of a stay from 11:00 a.m onwards at the time of check out, the guest will be charged a fine of EUR 100 for each hour started. Please comply with these rules to ensure a pleasant stay.
