We always meet our guests during check-in to explain all necessary for your stay in our houseboat and give you recommendations for your trip to Prague.

Houseboat Benjamin has 2 bedrooms: the bigger one with one double bed + one extra foldable bed, the smaller one has one single bed + extra floor with the mattress for two. In the living room there is a comfortable foldable sofa for two person. Maximum capacity is 8 person. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is with a bathtub/shower. Barbecue grill is available (we do not provide coal, nor firestarter). The check-in time is from 2pm, check-out time is latest at 11am. In case of group up to 14, you can book Houseboat Benjamin and Houseboat Franklin, which are next to each other. Please, follow our rules: - anything is broken? let us know immediately so we have a chance to fix it for the next guests - all guests must be registered to foreign police and city tax - you will receive online forms - entry of other people to the area is not allowed without our consent, fee for extra visitor (not staying over night) is 200 CZK/person - close the doors and all windows when leaving, especially the small roof-top window - keep all the gates in the area locked and drive inside slowly - our houseboats are strictly non smoking under penalty 200 EUR, you can smoke on the terraces, but keep the door closed - always recharge the boat’s battery after your trip, tie the boat by its side and make sure you moor it correctly - don’t steer too close to the shore, avoid to fishing lines - do not pour hot oil into the sink, wipe it with the paper towel when cool - keep the bathroom’s floor dry - hot water comes from 100 l boiler, re-heating takes 5-6 hours, water from the tap is drinkable - AC units must be set up in the same mode (all cooling or all heating) - our neighbours live here, so please, keep it cool (especially night time) - in our neighbourhood there are animals and fragile nature too - make sure no contamination of river happens (plastics, bottles, confetti, etc.) - in case of serious breach of rules we have right to cancel your stay immediately without compensation

Outstanding quiet location in Cisarska louka island - close to the heart of the Prague. We provide a small boat with electric engine (no license necessary), free parking spot in a private area, just few steps of the houseboat. For those of you, who like the touch of the nature, you can feed swans from the terrace and observe other species in their natural habitat. The view from a terrace is partly industrial, but at the night time full of calm magic. Cisarska louka island is located in Prague Smichov area and you can make trip on the river by the boat (the small electric boat we provide is slow and you don't need to have a boat's license). It takes from our place about 40 min to Manes/Jazz Dock (this is the ultimate place, where you can sail without license, then is the weir and lock chambers) - please, note - officially is not allowed to moor the boat in downtown. You can also use taxi/UBER (8-10 EUR) or public transport (30 CZK/person). Closest tram station „Lihovar“ is about 800 meters by walk and then 15 min by tram without changing line you can get just few steps to Charles Bridge (tram station "Malostranske namesti”). Another option during season is ferry and you can cross the river from the peak of the island (about 1 km by walk), and then by walk passing the river, or continue by tram by the riverbank to the downtown. We prepared for our guests guide with all important informations. The biggest advantage of our neighborhood is everybody can choose what he likes. You can take the boat to cruise the river and explore Prague from different perspective, relax on nearby driving range or just relax at the patio - small barbecue is available (we do not provide coal).
