Teplice is famous for spa, glass and ceramics industry, it has the oldest known healing springs in the past it was visited by many monarchs, diplomats and artists. The town is full of parks and fountains For history lovers we would recommend you to visit Teplice Castle which is also a Regional Museum, nearby is a Catle Garden which is build into an English style park where you can relax and soothe your soul. As for winter sport addicts there are 2 ski areals nearby Teplice: Skiareál Komáří vížka (10.20 km), Sport Centrum Bouřňák (15.10 km). If you want to see an area above the spa and historical part of the town of Teplice you can visit John the Baptist lookout tower.
