This apartment is designed for active travelers, as it's located on the 5th floor without an elevator. However, you'll have the opportunity to stay in a pleasant, airy, bright, and fully equipped apartment that will enhance your time spent traveling. In the morning, you'll appreciate the sunlight in both the kitchen and on the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view into the green tree crown. In the evening, you'll appreciate the rays of the setting sun in the living room, where you can enjoy, for example, a family or company dinner by candlelight. The apartment has a positive energy. 🙂

We are a young couple, and having set a specific goal in life, we've decided to temporarily make some adjustments and look for ways to achieve it. One of these ways is to offer you this wonderful apartment for rent, which we've spent years building to our own image. We've always felt great here and fondly remember the time we spent in it. Our time spent in the English countryside was a great inspiration for us. Ústí nad Labem is an industrial city that, frankly, isn't among the most beautiful or interesting towns to see, but it has its own history and offers plenty of interesting places to see or visit. Which other town, for example, can boast having heavy chemical industry almost in the city center? 😄 It's located within the České středohoří Protected Landscape Area, which makes it an ideal starting point for trips into nature. On the street, there's a great beer pub ('Pivotéka') where you can taste a diverse selection of beers. Nearby, you can find places like Inventář, where you can go for an excellent breakfast or buy delicious pastries for breakfast. We also enjoyed going to Bělehradka for brunch. For evening entertainment, Pivovarská Street is the obvious choice! Nearby, there's also the nice Městské sady park and a summer cinema. However, the greatest gem that Ústí has is Lake Milada! It's an ideal place for relaxation and sports activities!
