The beds are spread over four bedrooms. Three bathrooms, all with a shower, one also with a bathtub. There are four bedrooms: #1 with two single beds put together as a double bed. #2 with four single beds (2 on the lower level, 2 on the upper level). #3 with one single bed on the lower level and one double bed on the upper level. #4 with two single beds put together as a double bed. The spacious living and dining area with adjoining top-equipped kitchen extends to a total of almost 70m². The kitchen is fully equipped. We guarantee a basic supply of sugar, salt, pepper, flour, tea, coffee, vinegar and oil. In the basement there is a meeting table for 10 people with a 55'' 4k monitor and a fully equipped desk with a 27'' monitor, keyboard and mouse Fast Wi-Fi using mesh technology with download rates of at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s everywhere. You live about 25 minutes by car from Munich's Stachus, 35 minutes by car from the beautiful spa town of Bad Tölz, 30 minutes by car from Lake Starnberg, 60 minutes by car from Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the Zugspitze, 90 minutes by car from Neuschwanstein Castle and in the opposite direction 90 minutes by car from Königssee. All shops for daily needs and restaurants are located around the beautiful artist holiday home. On the day of arrival (before if you wish) you will receive a detailed guest folder by email with GPS locations and many recommendations for restaurants, walks and excursions. Two vehicles can be parked under cover on the property. It is very easy to get to Munich by car, and you can also travel comfortably by public transport to vibrant Munich with its many top tourist destinations (S-Bahn "Deisenhofen" is a 13-minute walk.
