Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1558, das früher als Poststelle diente. Heute ist es ein ruhiges Wohnhaus mit mehreren Parteien im Herzen von 72525 Münsingen. Sie wohnen mitten im Stadtzentrum und sind dennoch schnell im Grünen – die Nähe zum Biosphärengebiet Schwäbische Alb macht die Lage ideal für Naturfreunde, Wanderer und Radfahrer. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug) und ist über etwa 70 Treppenstufen erreichbar. Innerhalb der Wohnung führt eine weitere Treppe hinauf zum Schlafbereich auf einer kleinen Empore / Galerie. Das offene Gebälk und die Galerie schaffen eine besondere Raumwirkung mit viel Charme – der Grundriss ist jedoch eher für trittsichere Gäste geeignet, die mit Treppen kein Problem haben. Innen erwartet Sie eine moderne Einrichtung im Kontrast zum historischen Gemäuer. Das sichtbare, offene Gebälk erinnert an die lange Geschichte des Hauses und sorgt gemeinsam mit der Galerieebene für eine gemütliche, individuelle Atmosphäre. Das Bad ist mit Dusche ausgestattet, zusätzlich gibt es ein separates WC, was vor allem bei mehreren Mitreisenden sehr angenehm ist. Durch die zentrale Lage im Stadtzentrum erreichen Sie Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants bequem zu Fuß. Gleichzeitig bietet das Haus, trotz der Innenstadtlage, eine angenehm ruhige Wohnatmosphäre. So ist die Unterkunft ideal für alle, die das besondere Flair eines historischen Gebäudes mit offenem Gebälk schätzen und zugleich Wert auf eine moderne, funktionale Ausstattung legen.

Seit rund zwei Jahren vermieten wir bereits erfolgreich eine Ferienwohnung in unserem eigenen Haus und durften dabei viele nette Gäste kennenlernen. Durch unsere Erfahrung als Kurzzeitvermieter wissen wir, worauf es bei einem angenehmen Aufenthalt ankommt: eine klare Kommunikation, eine verlässliche Organisation und eine Unterkunft, in der man gerne ankommt und zur Ruhe kommt.
