This privately-run hotel is located 100 metres from Hamburg’s Alster lake, 10 minutes' walk from the city centre and has excellent public transport connections to the rest of the city. The Aussen Alster Hotel offers individually furnished, subtly themed en suite rooms with free wireless internet access. In the morning, enjoy the excellent breakfast buffet. In the evening, the stylish Schmilinsky restaurant serves modern, creative Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on freshness, simplicity and variety. During warmer months take dinner and breakfast in the restaurant’s idyllic little garden. The central train station (Hauptbahnhof), CCH congress centre and the trade fair grounds are all within 1.5 km of the hotel. The use of the boats and the bicycles is free of charge for guests.
