The apartment was newly renovated in 2021, has a separate entrance and is about 40 square metres in size. It offers space for 3 people and is equipped with a living room with couch (sofa bed), flat screen TV, radio with CD player, DVD player, sitting area and a reading corner with an extensive collection of books. The apartment also has a bedroom with double bed and an open-plan mini-kitchen with electric hob (2 hotplates), fridge with freezer compartment and a bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer.
