Welcome to our guesthouse in Legden! We, Kerstin and Ewald Gödde, have been running our beloved guesthouse here in Legden since 2007 with a lot of heart and soul. Our home is right next to the guesthouse, because personal contact with our guests is very important to us. We have individually designed each room in our guesthouse with a lot of energy and passion and given it its own name. This creativity is fed by our own experiences: With more than 100 hotel overnight stays worldwide and numerous RV trips through Europe, we bring a piece of this spirit of adventure to our guesthouse. We look forward to telling you about these trips - every experience is unique! Every year we welcome many international guests who come from Europe and all continents of the world. It would be a pleasure for us to welcome you too! We are particularly proud of our many long-term guests who have been with us for weeks, months and even years and have now become good friends. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we always strive to bring the guesthouse and the rooms up to date and to take your wishes and ideas into account. Welcome to our Bed & Breakfast! We are pleased to be able to offer you comfortable accommodation with a total of 6 individually and newly furnished rooms. Each of our rooms is equipped with a shower/toilet and offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy amenities such as satellite TV, radio, free WiFi, a desk, room safe and USB and USB-C ports. For perfect comfort, we provide smooth bed linen and soft towels, which are changed on request. Our guesthouse has 3 rooms on the ground floor and 3 rooms on the first floor. On the ground floor you will also find a cozy common room with various kitchen equipment. The common room on the upper floor invites you to relax, equipped with a refrigerator and other amenities. You can enjoy your breakfast in our inviting breakfast room on the ground floor. We have provided a folder in each room for further information. Please also visit our photo gallery, because pictures often say more than a thousand words. We also have sufficient parking spaces in front of the house for cars and a lockable garage is available for two-wheelers. Our charging station for electric cars and bicycles ensures that you always remain mobile. The location of our guest house is particularly convenient: Legden train station is only 700 meters away, the A31 is only 3.5 kilometers away, and you can be in the Legden/Ahaus industrial park in just a few minutes. The town center is also only 700 meters away. The municipality of Legden is conveniently located between the centers of Ahaus and Coesfeld on the B474. The 100 Castles Route, the Hamaland Route and the Flamingo Route also offer you breathtaking cycling experiences through the picturesque landscape. It is only 700 meters to the beautiful Legden Dahlia Garden, where you can be enchanted by the colorful flowers. The idyllic village fountain awaits you in the center of the town, while on the outskirts of the town is the "Neue Mühle" barbecue area with its inviting fish ponds. We would be happy to give you recommendations for the best restaurants and cafés in the area! You shouldn't miss the charming village of Asbeck, which impresses with its historic buildings and the impressive sculpture route. A nearby forest with the worth-seeing Egelborg House, right on the 100 Castles Route, invites you to take relaxing walks. For nature lovers, a trip to the Zwillbrocker Venn nature reserve, just 25 kilometers away, is worthwhile, where a unique flamingo colony lives. The Merfelder Bruch near Dülmen with its fascinating wild horse population is also a must-see! Music lovers should definitely visit the Rock and Pop Museum in Gronau, the birthplace of Udo Lindenberg. And for a shopping spree with flair, the Dutch city of Enschede is just waiting to be discovered by you! The connections are excellent: Just 700 meters to Legden train station will get you to your destination quickly.
