The holiday flat is located in the quiet district of Biburg, between the towns of Neusäß and Diedorf, and is easily accessible - also by public transport. The world cultural heritage, university and trade fair city of Augsburg can be visited within 15 minutes (12 km). Separately for the guests there is a beautifully overgrown garden at the back of the apartment and a separate cosy corner for breakfast, relaxing and sunbathing. The proximity of the central and university hospital Neusäß (5,6 km) is worth mentioning. There you can also relax in the thermal bath Titania, a bathing, sauna and wellness paradise. The museum and the Cistercian abbey Oberschönenfeld (12 km) are highly recommended and offer a gorgeous beer garden and freshly baked sourdough bread out of the wood stove. In 4 minutes walking distance you can reach the second largest forest area in Bavaria with numerous hiking and cycling paths. 10 km to the west in Zusmarshausen, offering a very beautifully arranged lake, the Rothsee.

From years of travel and accommodation experience we have made the following considerations: - What does it take to make travellers feel comfortable and at home in unknown places? - What are their primary needs? - What can be done for them, in the sense of the word "hospitality"? - How can they be helped in all possible situations of their stay? We have drawn our conclusions from this and offer a comfortable and clean accommodation, which takes care of the needs of its guests and at the same time leaves them as much freedom as possible.

Since we are here in the middle of the nature park Westliche Wälder, there is something for every nature lover, whether it's hiking, cycling, fishing, mushroom hunting, relaxing at the natural lake or just a calming walk through the surrounding forest. In the village itself there is still an active country inn "Zum Hirsch", the food is Swabian, inexpensive and very sufficient. 3 km away there is a popular pizzeria in Vogelsang (district of Neusäß) and several restaurants in Diedorf. The town of Neusäß is of course also home to several restaurants. Shopping possibility: in the village itself a baker and a mobile butcher, a bank machine. In Neusäß and Diedorf several discounters, supermarkets, butcher's shops and bakeries.
