The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, toilet paper, soap, and shower gel are also provided. The spacious bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a large window. A parking space is available directly on-site. This apartment is an ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists and is located in the Sauerland region, just 8 km from Olpe and 60 km from Winterberg. The Fallenscheid ski lift is 10 km away, Biggesee is about 8 km, and Listersee is about 5 km away. Large cities such as Cologne (70 km), Hagen (50 km), and Dortmund (70 km) are also easily accessible. The Oberbergisches Land with the Aggertalsperre and other attractions is also nearby, with Gummersbach about 30 km away.
