Welcome to our modern, light-flooded, spacious organic holiday apartments in our favorite place 1868 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Noble, minimalist and luxurious in equal measure: Experience and enjoy the feel-good ambience of a historic building from 1868, which was completely renovated and brought into modernity in 2019/20. Two apartments were completed in 2024. Spacious floor plans, magnificent views and a pure holiday atmosphere. Enter our large private garden with loungers and veranda. Each apartment has a reserved parking space. A beautiful old building was lovingly, sustainably renovated with regional craftsmen and today combines historical charm with all modern and luxurious amenities. Today you will receive modern and quiet holiday apartments, each with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable box spring beds and beautiful views from balconies, windows or terraces. Enjoy the mountain panorama from your accommodation. Every apartment has high-speed internet. Whether it's the Olympic ski jump, the Zugspitze or the Partnachklamm: you can easily reach everything from the accommodation. Partly on foot or by bus and train. You can reach the Partnach Gorge and the ski jump in front of it directly on foot. Likewise the picturesque, historic Ludwigstrasse, which is right on your doorstep. Restaurants and cafes can also be found on Ludwigstrasse. There are also bakeries, butchers, organic shops and lovingly run shops such as the Chocolaterie and many others. You can find a supermarket in a few minutes. A playground is about a 5-minute walk away, and you can find walking paths with or without a dog in the immediate vicinity.
