Historic brewery serves now as a guest-house (105m2). We have used ecological and historical materials, giving the house a unique feeling and a heathy sleeping environment. The vintage furniture and decorative pieces create a romantic vibe. The rest of the furniture is custom made wood work (kitchen, walk in closet etc). We really love details :-) The house has all you need to feel like at home. There is a big fully equipped cottage style kitchen with a big dining area, perfect for cooking together. Living room has a big TV, couch, seating area and even a fireplace. Sleeping is upstairs together with bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs is like loft, the king size bed is on the lower level and two single beds are under the roof. Rattelsdorf is a quiet village, just open the windows and enjoy the silence and the fresh air. Our inner courtyard has plenty of sitting options. We have lounge furniture and also dining table. You can read your book, enjoy a drink or eat your breakfast outdoors. Rattelsdorf is a nice small village. We have a small but beautiful old center with the historic church. We are surrounded by beautiful nature that offers plenty of options for biking and hiking. You can enjoy the nature or you can combine it with visiting local eating places or small private breweries. Rattelsdorf county has 4 small private working breweries, take your chance and find out which one is your favorite! In our village there are also two eating places -one restaurant with local franconian food and an Italian restaurant. It takes only 15min to drive to Bamberg! Also Coburg, Bayreuth, Würzburg and Nürnberg are maximum 45min car drive away. If you are interested in hiking or biking. You can find endless options in Franconinan Switzerland, in our area or in Hassberg area. On top of the many hiking trails there are also many castles, palaces and ruins. If you prefer wine to beer.
