Jörg knows the region around Bamberg, Pettstadt, and Frensdorf like almost no one else: for more than ten years he explored every corner on his mountain bike, trail-running shoes, SUP, or inline skates — there’s not a single beer cellar or fish pond he hasn’t discovered. We’re supported by a wonderful team: Ina coordinates everything related to cleaning and operations, Maria and Shqipe make every apartment shine, Nicole uses her experience to create the perfect guest experience, and Geni takes care of anything that needs a skilled pair of hands. And of course, we’re always personally available for you — with tips, ideas, and answers to any questions you may have!

Cozy Rosy is located on Bamberg’s “Island,” nestled between the left arm of the Regnitz River and the Main–Danube Canal. The concert and congress hall is just a stone’s throw away, and the Old Town Hall, the cathedral, and nearly all other Bamberg landmarks are an easy walk from your doorstep. Active guests will find beautiful running, biking, and inline-skating routes along the canal, and you can even circle the entire “Island” on a loop of up to 11 km. And yes — you can explore it by SUP or kayak as well. Paddling downstream through Bamberg’s historic old town is truly an unforgettable experience!
