Welcome to E&K Living! Our accommodation offers eight apartments in three categories: Deluxe Apartment with 2 bedrooms and garden view, Superior Apartment with 2 bedrooms, and Superior Apartment with 1 bedroom. The Deluxe Apartments in the new building feature either a private terrace (ground floor) or a spacious balcony (first floor). The Superior Apartments in the renovated old building are spread across the ground, first, and attic floors. Free parking, Netflix, and Wi-Fi are available. Each apartment is equipped with freshly made beds, towels, and open wardrobes. Dimmable reading lamps and smartphone charging stations provide extra comfort. The living area features a couch, a dining area for four people, and a 55-inch smart TV with free Waipu-TV and Netflix. Books, board games, and card games provide entertainment. An optional sofa bed can be provided with 24-hour advance booking upon special guest request. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee filter machine, toaster, and kettle. A selection of coffee and tea is available. The bright bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a vanity with an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Free washing machines and dryers are available in the main building. For families with young children, a high chair and a foldable travel cot with a mattress can be provided upon request. During your stay, you’ll have access to a free parking spot on the property, and the nearest bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away. Nearby, you’ll find an EDEKA supermarket and many excellent restaurants.
