One bedroom apartment in one of the Altstadt’s listed grand old buildings. A stone's throw away from the Rhine, the Art Academy and the world famous breweries and cafes on the Ratingerstrasse, yet tucked away in a quiet, cobble stone street with no traffic. The apartment is accessed from a pedestrianized street entrance and is situated on the first floor. It comes with a separate, fully equipped, cosy little kitchen and a bathroom with a tub and overhead shower. The living/bedroom is furnished with a queen size (1,60m x 2,00m) double bed. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog basket with fresh blankets and water/food bowls on request. We want you to feel at home during your stay with us and although the apartment itself is non-smoking, guests are welcome to use an area downstairs in our tranquil, private little courtyard that forms the centre of our building for their cigarette breaks.

Cultural hotspots such as Tonhalle, Ehrenhof, Hofgarten, Kunstsammlung, Kunstpalast, Kunstverein, Kommödchen, Schlossturm and Opera are all within a five minute walking distance, so is the underground station Heinrich Heine Allee from where the Düsseldorf trade fair site, ESPRIT-Arena, central station and Mitsubishi Electric Hall can be reached by direct lines. A slightly longer stroll along the river promenade leads you to the Ceramic Museum, the Film Museum, the open market and the Apollo theatre. Nearest Public Transport Stops about 5 minute walk U Heinrich Heine Allee; U Ehrenhof/Tonhalle Parking: Street parking is very difficult and limited. Better to use either the outdoor car park P Tonhallen Ufer or the nearest multistory car park: Parkhaus Ratinger Tor. Both about 5 min walk. Taxi: Can get you as close as ca. 20m to the door.
