In case you are looking for nature, recreation and relaxation in the countryside between farms, fields and paddocks, if you like to swim and feel good in the sauna, if you want to discover the idyllic Schwalm/Nette area by bike or on foot, or if you are just looking for peace and quiet place to read or meditate, then our elegantly furnished holiday villa with 220sqm of living space and over 1000sqm of garden with old trees is the right place for you. Our villa is also appreciated by visitors who wish to shop in the Roermond Designer Outlet (20 minutes by car) and business travellers who wish to take advantage of the easy access to the Düsseldorf fair/Messe (30 minutes outside rush hours), while they enjoy the quality of staying in our villa after work. Our house is also privately used and we do not charge a cleaning fee. We therefore ask our guests to kindly return the house on departure as clean and tidy as they receive it on arrival! Our compulsory house rules for the usage of the amenities (pool, sauna, fireplace, barbecue etc.) are available in print format at the house. Parties of all sorts and day-visitors are not permitted!
Thomas your host and Maria the housekeeper truly enjoy making your stay with us a unique experience for you and we stay ready to assist whenever you need support with the house's amenities or if you need help to discover the region.
The immediate neighbourhood of the house is characterised by agriculture farms, fields and paddocks. The house itself is situated on a more than 1000sqm large plot enclosed with a fence. You can access Neuss/Düsseldorf via the A52 in 20/30 minutes outside rush hours and the Roermond Designer Outlet in 20 minutes. You can start your walks through the nature straight from the house over the fields direction Hardter Wald and Lüttelforster Mühle or take your bicycles or car for a few minutes and enjoy the Hariksee or visit Brüggen and the beautiful Maas/Schwalmtal/Nette nature park. We have also written a guidebook for you with meanwhile more than 40 entries on gastronomy, sports, culture and excursions, with which you can also creatively and actively organise your stay outside the house and discover the Lower Rhine.
