A large living-dining area connected to the modern and fully equipped kitchen creates a sense of space and atmosphere. The balcony / garden offers a place in the sun in summer. Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed / two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room ensure a restful night's sleep for a large family. Böblingen main station is a 3-minute walk away. The bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings with a large closet. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m king-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep. The second room has two single beds for the night. Here you will also find a desk and chair to make your home office days productive. If you only have a handbag, don't worry! Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag. It's a new build from 2024.
