Our newly built boardinghouse (completed at the end of 2024) offers stylish apartments in a prime location. Situated directly across from the Olympia Shopping Center and just a few steps from the U-Bahn station, guests enjoy perfect connections and short distances. Whether shopping, sightseeing, or business – here you’ll stay centrally and comfortably. The nearby Olympiapark and Olympiastadion, known for concerts and major events, are just around the corner. The apartments are high-quality and ideal for both short- and long-term stays. Restaurants, supermarkets, and all other daily essentials are within walking distance. An urban retreat with maximum comfort – perfect for business travelers, tourists, and event visitors alike.
