Vacation between water and forest: The lakeview house offers 140 m² of living space, divided into two units for up to 8 adults. The property is just 75 meters from Lake Möhnesee. Enjoy stunning lake views from the 50 m² terrace and inside the house. The 850 m² plot is on a quiet residential street with no through traffic. Arnsberg Forest is only 50 meters away. On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining room with kitchen, a guest WC, and a utility room. Upstairs are bedrooms, a children’s room, and a bathroom. On the north side, the basement has an additional 38 m² studio apartment for up to 3 more guests, with its own bathroom and terrace. For groups of 6 or more, both the main house and the basement apartment must be booked together. Maximum number of Pets: 1. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
