The vacation apartment is located in the Upper Black Forest in the municipality of Lenzkirch-Kappel. Lenzkirch-Kappel is about 10 km from Lake Titisee and about 14 km from Lake Schluchsee. The Feldberg with its numerous ski lifts can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. Several smaller ski lifts and toboggan runs are just a few kilometers away. The location is particularly suitable for hikers, bikers and cyclists! Pure nature experience! A bus stop, with which you can easily reach many destinations with your free guest card, is a 3-minute walk from the house. The vacation apartment offers you the luxury of using the indoor swimming pool in the house. Enjoy the side view of the Feldberg with its magnificent sunsets on a lounger in the indoor pool - it's balm for the soul! A sauna (for a fee) and a small fitness corner are also at your disposal. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer next to the wellness area, which you can use for a fee. There are plenty of free parking spaces around the house. The apartment is located in a well-kept complex with 3 houses. It has approx. 41 square meters and consists of 2 rooms with a small kitchenette and bathroom with shower tray. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. A large flat screen TV, a radio with CD player, free WLAN and a couch (extendable), a dining area and a bedroom with double bed are also available. The small kitchenette is new and offers you the opportunity to spoil yourself with culinary delights during your vacation. You can go shopping in Lenzkich, 4 km away, or in Neustadt, approx. 4 km away. There are several food markets, bakeries, butchers, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, fashion stores and petrol stations.
