The fine print
A fee of 60 euros in cash for the final cleaning is payable when the keys are handed over. My guests naturally have the option of doing the final cleaning themselves. The amount will then be refunded in cash upon check-out. If this is not desired, the 60 euros for the final cleaning will be retained. The price is for two people and two children under 6 years of age. For each additional person, a fee of 30 euros is charged. The same applies to children over 6 years of age. The maximum number of guests is 6 people including children. As there are only two double beds in two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, the capacity is reached. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
