Luxurious spacious holiday Ferienwohnung Marianne on 180 sqm in the centre of Berchtesgaden! On 2 floors ideal for 2, 4 or up to 5 adults/families or 2 adults with 2-4 children. Spend your holiday in our first-class holiday apartment, with 2 bedrooms, baby cot and children's room. 2 living rooms (with 1 large sofa beds) as well as a high-quality kitchen and dining area for connoisseurs and hobby cooks. Pure enjoyment awaits you by the fireplace and tiled stove - as well as a gas Barbecue station. The ideal starting point for your dream holiday in one of the most beautiful regions of the Alps. For the guests we have one parkingspace available at the house.
We are very familary and we like cooking! Our holiday apartment is therefore optimally designed for families (2-6 persons) with children (1-16 years). 2 Children's and 1 baby bed also available. A playground in front of the house provides fun for the little ones. The short accessibility of many sights and leisure facilities makes the holiday Apartment Marianne your holiday resort. For amateur and professional chefs: You can expect a fully equipped apartment with the most modern kitchen block and high-tech appliances. For the summer months there is a barbecue (gas grill) with gazebo and fresh herbs.
Right in the heart of Berchtesgaden! The pedestrian zone and centre with shops, restaurants, the Alpine Congress Centre and the bus stops is only 2 minutes away. All sights and excursion destinations can be reached from the centre of Berchtesgaden in a few minutes. Lake Königssee or Obersalzberg/Eagles Nest are only a few minutes' drive away - by bus or private car. You can reach Salzburg in less than 30 minutes. The large ski areas of SKI AMADE are 45-60 minutes away by car.
