Welcome to our BALANCED apartments in Eurasburg in the district of Unterherrnhausen.
Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet perfectly connected, our apartments are nestled in the unspoiled nature of the small village of Unterherrnhausen, south of Munich.
Just a ten-minute drive from the A95 motorway exit (Wolfratshausen/Seeshaupt exit) and only a few kilometers from the Starnberger See recreational area. The apartments are surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy authentic country living and tranquility. Your free parking space is located directly at the house. If you are arriving with a long vehicle, we offer an extra-long parking space free of charge (behind the apple tree in the paved meadow).
By car, you can reach local shops, restaurants, and playgrounds in just a few minutes. From here, you can explore in all directions. Munich is a 35 minute drive away – as are Lake Starnberg, impressive mountain landscapes, and numerous leisure activities. A perfect starting point for excursions and your business needs.
Your host also lives in the house and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
