Property information

Hard to believe that this large quiet garden is in busy Travemünde. Only 12 minutes by bike from one of the most beautiful Baltic beaches in Germany and yet a completely different world. If you love the promenade and its bustle but just as much enjoy a holiday in the countryside you are just right at “House Gönndyr”. PLEASE NOTE: The children's bedroom in Appartement "Gönndyr III" is accessible only through a steep stairway and is not separated by a door from the living room. We do have a safety stair gate.

Neighbourhood information

Located at the end of the Teutendorfer settlement you have a view from the house with 3 apartments over fields and meadows and a historic mill. The accommodation is perfectly located to decide spontaneously whether you want to spend the day in the lively seaside resort or rather take a bike ride past old farms and pastures in Holstein. And if the weather does not invite you on an excursion or in the 3000 square meter garden to refuel sunlight, you relax in the in-house sauna with attached fireplace room.
