Prime location: The apartment is in a quiet area, just a 10-minute drive from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and 30-40 minutes by car or S-Bahn from Berlin's city center. The Tesla Gigafactory is also just a 30-minute drive away. Start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the spacious balcony and enjoy all the fantastic amenities of this stylish apartment. The apartment features 2 bed rooms with comfortable double beds, a very big and comfortable sofa bed, a large Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything you need for your short or long-term stay. The completely new bathroom includes a shower and bathtub. Fresh towels and essentials such as shower gel and shampoo are, of course, provided. The large, comfortable sofa bed also accommodates a fifth and sixth guest. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cozy movie night. Free parking is available around the building, and EV charging stations are also nearby.

The apartment is a 10-minute drive from BER Berlin Brandenburg Airport and not far from Schönefeld S Train Station. From there you can be in the center of Berlin in just 30 minutes. The Tesla Gigafactory is also only 30min away. The area is very quiet and because the apartment is not in the flight path, you don't hear any aircraft noise. You will find restaurants and supermarkets near you, so you have everything you need for a nice stay in Berlin. There is free parking & as well as EV charging stations in the area. It's a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the Schönefeld S train station. From there you can reach the Terminal 1&2 within 10minutes and the center of Berlin in 30 minutes. There is also a bus stop a 1-minute walk from the apartment, from where you can take the bus to the S station or to the U train station Rudow (U7 line). By car you can drive directly into Berlin via the A113 and A100.
