Charming holiday apartment with Wi-Fi, terrace & hot tub on the outskirts of Rottweil This lovingly renovated 60 m² apartment is idyllically located on the edge of the historic town of Rottweil, directly below the impressive test tower and close to the planned "Neckar Line," which is set to open in March 2026. Enjoy open views of the countryside from your private terrace and wake up to the gentle crowing of chickens—true rural charm! A special highlight is the hot tub on the terrace, which is available and can be booked prior to arrival (at least 2 days in advance)—perfect for relaxing evenings under the open sky. All rooms are fitted with wall heating behind clay plaster, providing pleasant, natural warmth and a healthy indoor climate in winter. Free parking is available directly at the house. Note for allergy sufferers and dog lovers: A dog lives in the upstairs apartment of this two-family house. However, your holiday apartment has a separate entrance, so there is no direct contact. Stays are usually unproblematic for allergy sufferers. Please note: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
