A modern house with six vacation apartments including balconies was built in Vöhringen an der Iller. The building is characterized by bright rooms and its energy efficiency. Each of the six vacation apartments with balconies offers a cozy and stylish ambience. The interiors are bright and friendly, with open and, above all, well-equipped fitted kitchens ideal for self-catering. High-quality materials and modern furniture characterize the interior with a cosy seating area. The larger apartments always have a separate bedroom and a sofa with a comfortable slatted frame and sleeping areas of 140x200cm or 160x200cm. The bathrooms are fitted with modern fittings and stylish tiles. The two apartments on the first floor are pet-friendly and are available to our dog friends. The upper floors are allergy-friendly and do not accommodate pets. The apartments each have their own balcony with a view of the village. Here guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself has an adjoining outdoor parking lot. Guests can park their vehicles there or on the quiet street. The location of the house is ideal for vacationers who want to explore the picturesque region around Vöhringen. The proximity to the Iller offers numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cycling and water sports. At the same time, shopping facilities, restaurants and other amenities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. Business travelers are also welcome to visit the proximity to the A7 and Ulm. We have WLAN at working speed.
Marius and Bianka have now completed the 2-year construction phase for the house in Vöhringen. They are already looking forward to welcoming their first guests.
The location of the house is ideal for vacationers who want to explore the picturesque region around Vöhringen. Commuters traveling to Ulm are also in good hands with us. We have good transport links to the A7 and the proximity to the Iller offers numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cycling and water sports. This newly built house with its six vacation apartments offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers alike who value comfort and beautiful surroundings.
