Here some important instructions and house rules regarding your stay. Please read carefully your check-in and check-out instructions and we would appreciate it if you could let us know your estimated arrival and check-out times as this will help us greatly in planning the often very busy change-over schedule. Sadly we had had very large amount of issues with smoking and illegal parties in the past year and this behaviour will not be tolerated at all. As we are locatedin a residential area, please always be respetful to our neighbors. All parties are strictly forbidden and noise levels are to be kept down at all times, especially in the evenings after 9pm. Smoking inside and by the windows or window sills is ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed! If any smoke, ashes or smell is detected after the check-out, there will be direct eviction from property, an extra 120 cleaning fee and feedback will be submitted to Booking and other portals as we have hours of added work washing and airing the Suite. Illegal parties will also result to a 250 additional fee and feedback to booking portal and potentially the police.

The neighborhood of Pempelfort is a vibrant area filled with excellent restaurants, cafes, and bars right on your doorstep. You will find many tips and maps in the Suite and of course, feel free to ask for recommendations! You couldn't really be any more central with only 7 kilometers from airport (10min with car) and 4 km from Messe (trade fair center) and still only few short minutes from the central train station (3km), old town (2km), river Rhein (1,5km) and the famous shopping street of Königsallee (2km) in the city center - which you can all easily reach by foot, bicycle or public transport. There are multiple tram, bus and train stops right around the corner.
