The perfect retreat! The floating house Kleine Insel is at home in the far north and is moored at the jetty in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Water as far as the eye can see. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts allow you to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, Baltic Sea and marina. On the roof terrace you will find a beach chair that invites you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the sandy beach of the OstseeResort is within walking distance. In the darker months of the year, underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort, as the wellness programme on board is a must. In addition to the harbour cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment programme provides entertainment. This floating house extends over three levels and offers space for six people.
