Welcome to Oasis Appart & this beautiful apartment in the König Johann House, which offers everything for your short or long-term stays in Dresden. The apartment has just been completely renovated and welcomes you with a fresh and modern design. The location is excellent, as you can reach the Old Town in 20 minutes and enjoy a peaceful view of Dresden from the Elbe River hills. The surrounding nature invites you to forest walks and hikes. You can start your day with a Nespresso coffee or a Meßmer tea and enjoy all the lovely amenities this apartment has to offer. The apartment features two comfortable double beds, a Smart TV with free WaipuTV and Netflix access, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and everything you need. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, while the small, bright guest toilet includes a toilet and a sink. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a fifth and sixth guest with the comfortable sofa bed. Around the building, you will find sandboxes, a forest playground, hiking trails, a viewpoint overlooking Dresden, and much more.

Franziska Tiburtius Straße is located in the Loschwitz district in the western part of Dresden. It is a quiet residential area with good access to the city center. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental, you will find various shops, restaurants, and cafes that are within walking distance. Additionally, there are several bus lines (Kotzschweg) near the vacation rental that provide good connections to other parts of the city.
